Perhaps the club will pull their finger out and enable people to do this online.

I mean fancy developing a fancy new ticket portal and failing to incorporate this very basic bit of functionality.

I really suggest that EVERYONE be honest and pay for the upgrade otherwise just let the seat go to waste.
